Return policy

 

Returns are only accepted within the 30-day right of withdrawal granted by contraAmIrale in accordance with the law. They are the buyer's responsibility.

In the event of obvious damage upon delivery, the return of the work will be taken care of by contrAmIrale and a full refund made.

If the customer wishes to keep the work despite damage caused during delivery, contrAmIrale undertakes to reimburse 15% of the purchase value of the work.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of your purchase. Our policy is to begin manufacturing and ship your artwork as quickly as possible upon receipt of your order. This manufacturing process incurs costs that will be deducted from your refund in the event of withdrawal. Return shipping will be at your expense.
